Includes brief history of Church in Oaxaca, description of temple subcommittee activities, copies of correspondence, and copies of newsletter El Diario del Templo, which contains information about temple construction progress and events.

Photographs of James E. Faust, Richard G. Scott, and Mexico South Area President Carl B. Pratt at temple dedication are included, as are photographs of local leaders, other Church members, local stake choirs, and temple committee members. Views of temple in various stages of construction are also included.
