Summary:

Johnson recounts his family's 1864 immigration from Norway, his activities in Utah County, and his mission to Norway (1889-1891). He briefly recounts his activities as a teamster with a down and back company in 1868, details his activities as bishop of the Lakeview Ward, and summarizes his later activities in Provo, Utah. Includes personal financial record.

Johnson also includes his notes of the 2 July 1899 meeting of general and local church leaders in the Salt Lake Temple relating to tithing.
