This item reprinted nine hymns from an edition of the Church hymnal. It provided the hymn and the page number. The hymn and page numbers coincide with all of the hymnals from about 1877 to 1912. On comparison of the hymnals with this four page item, the only hymnal I found that matched the first line of hymn 255 was the 1912 hymnal.
