    Recounts early life and conversion to the Church, with account of experiences in Kirtland, missionary travels in Ohio, activities in Illinois, 1860 emigration and settlement in Utah, travels in Iowa and Nebraska, and later life in Southern Utah. Includes entries copied from earlier volumes. Includes partial typescript copy.

    Also contains poems and hymns of his own composition.

    Includes autobiographical sketch, brief notation concerning Joseph Smith and the Word of Wisdom, poetry Johnson composed, and his will. Also includes later family information.
